These terms apply to the CueBrio website and broadcast setup service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to our contact form.
CueBrio U.S. SMS marketing terms
By separately checking the SMS marketing box and submitting, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from CueBrio about news and product updates at the U.S. mobile number you provide. You represent that you control that number and may authorize these messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or support. Email permission is separate.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging has not launched; this form records your choice and does not send a text or verify your number. Before sending, CueBrio must configure its messaging service and opt-out handling. Once messages begin, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent or get help at any time through our contact page.
Tell us if you give up or change the number. Delivery depends on your carrier and network; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for mobile data and consent handling.
Invitations and access
Setup access is invitation-only. Keep your invitation and session private, use only access issued to you, and provide accurate information. Invitations may expire or be revoked. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious files, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You give CueBrio and your authorized production team permission to store, copy, organize, and process that content as needed to provide setup and broadcast preparation services. You are responsible for permissions covering people, music, video, trademarks, and other material you submit or broadcast.
Production remains your responsibility
Review your configuration, audio routing, privacy settings, media, and platform permissions before going live. Automation and remote controls can change a broadcast. Test your setup and maintain an appropriate recovery plan. Completing this form does not guarantee deployment, platform approval, or a successful broadcast.
Availability and third-party products
Features may change and depend on supported hardware, software, accounts, and integrations. OBS, Companion, Stream Deck, VDO.Ninja, YouTube, and other third-party products are governed by their own terms and licenses. CueBrio does not control their availability. Any paid services require separately disclosed pricing and agreement.
CueBrio intellectual property
CueBrio software, branding, website design, and original documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant ownership or a right to redistribute proprietary software. Third-party and open-source components retain their respective licenses. Your own content remains yours.
Service limitations, warranties and liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE, INSTALLER, BACKUP AND RECOVERY TOOLS ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINTERFERENCE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. No guarantee is made of compatibility, uninterrupted availability, accurate results, preservation or recoverability of files, or prevention of hardware or software problems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueBrio and its proprietor, contributors and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost/corrupted files or recordings, data loss, downtime, interrupted broadcasts, hardware malfunction or damage, lost revenue/profits, financial loss, lost business opportunities, lost goodwill, or brand/reputational harm arising from use or inability to use the software, installation, configuration, updates, third-party integrations, backup or recovery, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the risk. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for other claims is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount paid to CueBrio for the affected software in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
CueBrio is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters/acts of God, fire, flood, war, labor disruption, utility or network failures, or third-party service outages. Maintain independent backups and an alternative production/recovery plan. Automatic backup verification checks copied bytes, not complete application restorability; it does not replace a tested independent backup.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death/personal injury or other liability where exclusion is unlawful, or limits non-waivable consumer rights or legally required remedies. If a limitation is unenforceable it applies only to the lawful extent, and remaining terms continue to the extent permitted. These terms do not waive privacy or security obligations imposed by law.
Installer acceptance and backups
Installation requires explicit acceptance of the supplied versioned software terms before the installer creates backups, copies payload files or changes configurations. Opening or downloading the installer alone is not acceptance. Back up your current setup and review the proposed destinations. Separate CueBrio configurations are intended to preserve existing work; no backup or integration process guarantees recovery. The software license supplied with an installer governs that software; these website terms govern this website and setup service.
AI support and requests
Q is an automated AI support channel, not a live-agent service. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not amend an agreement or guarantee availability, compatibility, pricing or a particular result. Verify information important to your decisions with our team. Do not submit passwords, payment details or unrelated sensitive information. Support requests are subject to team review and do not guarantee an immediate response.
Ending access
We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues or service changes, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement. You may stop using the service and request deletion under our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
CueBrio reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law. We will post revised Terms here with their effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or communicated through another appropriate channel before they take effect when required by law.
Changes apply prospectively; they do not retroactively alter accrued rights or expand previously granted marketing consent. Where applicable law requires affirmative agreement, we will obtain it before applying the change. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the affected service. Separate signed agreements and the versioned software terms supplied with an installer remain governed by their own amendment provisions.
