Privacy policy

Effective September 29, 2026

CueBrio is operated by Nick Gasmania, based in Arizona, United States. For questions, contact our contact page.

This policy explains how CueBrio handles information through cuebr.io and its invitation-only broadcast setup service. Contact our contact form with privacy questions or requests.

Support chats and optional marketing choices

Q is an AI support channel. We store chat messages and support requests, including the name, email, optional phone number and reason you submit, to provide assistance and allow team review. Email and SMS marketing choices are separate and optional; neither is required for support. A phone number alone is not SMS consent.

If you choose U.S. SMS marketing, we retain your number and a record of when and how you consented. SMS sending has not launched. Any later messaging must honor your current preferences and applicable requirements.

We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process mobile information on our behalf as needed to provide requested support, maintain consent records or operate our messaging service. They may not use it for their own marketing. We retain support and consent records as needed to provide service, honor choices and maintain legally required records. Contact our team to withdraw a choice or request access, correction or deletion. Once SMS messaging begins, messages will provide STOP and HELP instructions. See the SMS Terms.

Information you provide

We collect the details you submit to prepare a broadcast: your name and contact information, host and guest profiles, show plans, platform preferences, technical configuration, and uploaded media or branding assets. Only submit information you are authorized to share. Do not upload payment details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information.

How information is used

We use submissions to manage invitations, save and review your setup, prepare broadcast profiles and assets, support the service, and troubleshoot problems. Approved submissions may be moved to private production storage. Submission does not automatically put your content on air.

Sessions and technical records

The setup service uses essential session cookies to maintain access to your broadcast. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and error records to operate and protect the site. Blocking cookies may prevent setup access. Q uses browser storage to maintain your chat session. Technical records also help prevent misuse.

Website analytics and tracking choices

We use Google Analytics to understand website usage through cookies, page interactions and device/browser information. Google processes this information under its own policies; see how Google uses information from sites using its services. You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. This description does not limit rights or opt-out signals we must honor under applicable law.

Access and sharing

Authorized team members and service providers for hosting, email, storage, analytics and AI-assisted support may process information as needed to provide these services. Relevant messages may be processed by our AI provider to assist with support responses. We do not sell submitted personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect the service. External broadcast platforms have their own policies; following a link to them is subject to those policies.

Storage and retention

Setup data and uploads are held in private service and production storage. We retain information while needed for broadcast preparation, support, recovery, or legal obligations. Removing finalized uploads from the website does not automatically erase production copies, saved profiles, transfer records or backups. Contact us to request deletion or to clarify the retention of your broadcast.

Installer backups and local records

The installer can create private local configuration backups and an acceptance receipt recording the terms hash, acceptance time, license identifier and backup location. Backups may contain personal settings and credentials from integrated applications. They are not encrypted archives; protect their storage location and do not share them publicly. The backup step does not upload these files to CueBrio. Media libraries, app binaries, drivers and OS Keychain contents are excluded. You control local retention and deletion. This does not limit statutory privacy rights or CueBrio’s legal data-protection obligations. See our terms of service for service limitations.

Your choices

You can update an accessible draft or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your authority over the broadcast before acting. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and updates

This setup service is intended for adult broadcast organizers and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy at our discretion as our services, practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with its effective date and highlight material changes on the website or notify affected users through another appropriate channel as required by law. Updating this policy does not itself grant new permission to use information previously collected or expand email or SMS consent. We will obtain additional consent where required.
